Booking and Scheduling
To schedule a service, clients must provide accurate information regarding their gardening needs. Appointments are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Confirmation
Once a service is booked, a confirmation will be sent via email or phone. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Our pricing is competitive and based on the scope of work required. Estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- Payment Schedule: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, availability cannot be guaranteed.
Liability and Insurance
Gardening Services Spitalfields is fully insured to cover any accidental damage or injuries that may occur during the provision of our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our work.
Client Responsibilities

Guarantee and Quality of Service
We are committed to delivering high-quality gardening services. If a client is dissatisfied with our work, they must notify us within 7 days for remediation.
Remediation Process
Upon notification, we will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to address the concern, which may include redoing the work or offering a partial refund.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice. Termination does not absolve the client from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
